TPO SYSTEMS

The TPO roofing system is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and UV exposure. This membrane can withstand more than 52 weeks at 240 °F and has a minimum xenon arc resistance of 20,000 kj/m2 at 80 °C without cracking or showing signs of material failure.

Carlisle's TPO membrane is manufactured in a wide range of thicknesses, widths, lengths, and colors. Membrane thicknesses include 45, 60, and 80 mils, with sheets up to 12 feet wide.

Additionally, Carlisle's TPO membrane features much stronger seams than competing products, resulting in better wind uplift performance with fewer leaks and callbacks. The combination of our cutting-edge manufacturing process and over 15 years of manufacturing experience has led to the creation of a smoother top surface designed to resist the accumulation of dirt, debris, mold, and bacteria. This means that Carlisle's TPO membrane is easy to maintain and offers exceptional long-term durability and performance.
